Sub: Grant of Options under 'Sunteck Realty Limited Employees' Stock Option Scheme 2017' ("ESOS 2017")

Sir,

This is to inform you that pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Company has approved grant of Stock Options under the 'Sunteck Realty Limited Employees' Stock Option Scheme 2017' ("ESOS 2017") which is in terms ofSEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 to employees of the Company and to employees of the Company's Subsidiaries. The brief details of the Stock Options granted are as under-

I. Date of grant of Stock Options: 28th November, 2018;

1. Number of Stock Options granted: 48,666 Stock Options, each Stock Option represents one equity share of face value Re. 1/- each;

2. Exercise Price: Rs. 225/- per Stock Option;

3. Vesting Period: The options shall vest in 5 equal tranches commenCll1g from 1st December, 2019;

4. Exercise Period: The exercise period shall commence from the date of vesting and shall lapse on completion of 18 months of respective vesting date;

5. The grants have been made as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the 'Sunteck Realty Limited Employees' Stock Option Scheme 2017' ("ESOS 2017").
