Director Dealings
The Company wishes to advise that Mr. David Swan, a non-executive director of the Company has today initiated the transfer of 24,235,642 ordinary shares, currently in certificate form and registered in his name, into a nominee CREST account.
The transfer is being made with the intention that Mr Swan may contribute some or all of those shares into his Self-Invested Personal Pension at some point in future in which case further details will be advised.
Mr. Swan currently has an interest in 31,199,213 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.85% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue and this will not change as a result of the above dealing.
