Subsea 7 S.A. 2016 Annual General Meeting

Luxembourg - 14 April 2016 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs:

SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) (the "Company"), today announced

that at the 2016 Annual General Meeting of

shareholders (the "AGM") on 14 April 2016, all

resolutions were approved by the shareholders.

The minutes of the AGM which details the resolutions

proposed and the results of the votes cast in relation

to each resolution are attached hereto. The minutes
