DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that George Watt has today exercised and sold 40,000 options previously earned and awarded under the 2013 Value Creation Plan.

Mr Watt sold his shares to the STV Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). The shares were sold at a price of 369 pence per ordinary share of 50p each, being the closing price on Wednesday 10 October 2018. The EBT will hold the shares for the purpose of satisfying future employee share awards.
