STV Group plc announces that on 21 March 2018 Paula Watt, the wife of George Watt, Chief Financial Officer of the Company transferred 5,500 ordinary shares of 50p pence each in the Company held in her own name, into an Individual Savings Account ("ISA") also held in her own name.
