Changes to the Board of STV Group plc

Appointment of Simon Miller to the Board of STV Group plc

STV Group plc announces the appointment of a new non-executive director to the board of the company.  Simon Miller will join the board from 2 December 2016.

Simon is an experienced company director and chair with exposure to a wide range of financial, commercial and manufacturing businesses in both executive and non executive roles. He is chairman of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC; chairman of Blackrock North American Income plc; chairman of JP Morgan Global Convertible Income Trust and non-executive director of Scottish Friendly Assurance Limited.
