Nomination Committee's proposal for the Board of Directors of Studsvik

Studsvik's nomination committee will propose to Studsvik's annual general meeting on 22 April that Jan Barchan, Ingemar Eliasson, Anna Karinen, Alf Lindfors and the chairman Anders Ullberg be reelected. Leif Nilsson has declined re-election.

The nomination committee will propose the present alternate Per Ludvigsson and Lars Engström as new members of the board. Lars Engström is the managing director and CEO of Munters.

The nomination committee consists of Anders Oscarsson, SEB Fonder (chairman), Björn C Andersson, Handelsbanken Fonder, Jan Barchan, Briban Invest and Anders Ullberg (chairman of the board).

The nomination committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice convening the annual general meeting and on the company's website.
