(the "Issuer") herebyreports that on December 10, 2021, the Issuer received notificationpursuant to Art. 69.1(1)_#160;andArt. 87.1(2) of the Act dated July 29, 2005, on Public Offering,Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on PublicOffering") from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne S.A. ("NN PTE") on Nationale-Nederlanden OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny and other funds managed by NN PTE exceeding 5% of thetotal number of votes on the Issuer's General Meeting.
