Receipt ofnotification pursuant to Art. 69.1(1) of the Act on Public Offering

14-12-2021TheManagement Board of STS Holding S.A. (the "Issuer") herebyreports that on December 14, 2021, the Issuer received notificationpursuant to Art. 69.1(1) of the Act dated July 29, 2005, on PublicOffering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instrumentsto Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on PublicOffering") from Norges Bank on exceeding 5% of the total number ofvotes on the Issuer's General Meeting. According to the notificationNorges Bank acquired 10,145,400 shares in the Issuer corresponding to6,49% of the share capital of the Issuer.
