RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of AEON Credit Service (Asia) Company Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Toru Hosokawa has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 January 2019 to take up a new management post in the AEON group.

Mr. Toru Hosokawa confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Toru Hosokawa for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
