Item 5.07 . Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders .

This Amendment No. 1 to the Form 8-K report of STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION (the " Company ") is being file to correct an error in the original Form 8-K report of the Company filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 6, 2021, which form was filed to report the voting results for the matters voted on by the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting held on October 5, 2021. As originally reported each of Harold M. Stratton II and Thomas W. Florsheim, Jr. were reelected by the shareholders at the Annual Meeting for another term of three years. That term for these two directors subsequently expires at the 2024 Annual Meeting of shareholders and not the 2023 Annual Meeting of shareholders as incorrectly reported in the original Form 8-K report.

All other items disclosed in the original Form 8-K report are unchanged. Except as described in this Amendment, none of the items or information presented in the original Form 8-K report is affected by this Amendment.
