Strategic Resources Announces Granting of Options

VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 16, 2021 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc. (TSXV: SR) (the "Company" or "Strategic") announces that it has granted incentive stock options under the Company's stock option plan to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 860,000 common shares of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.35 per share, will expire on November 16, 2026, and will vest in three equal parts over the first two years after grant.
