2014 said that they want to to explore the opportunity to sell up to

90,458,254 shares in Storebrand ASA, representing 20.11% of the share

capital. Gjensidige Forsikring ASA currently holds 90,458,254 shares in

Storebrand, representing 20.11% of the share capital.
