Storebrand ASA: Gjensidige Forsikring ASAsells its shares in Storebrand ASA

Gjensidige ForsikringASA has in a stock exchange release today announced that they have sold or agreed to sell 90,458,254 shares in StorebrandASA, representing 20.11 % of the share capital. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 36.00 per share. Following completion of the sale, Gjensidige no longer holds any shares in StorebrandASA.
