XXL Ltd. Bond Issue 2009/2019 - ISIN 001 0529159"

will be called on February 19th 2014. All bonds will

be redeemed.

Pursuant to the Bond Agreement and Amendment

Agreement NO 1 to the Bond Agreement, bond holders

will receive payment in kind in the form of shares in

Storebrand Multi Strategy Ltd.
