Storebrand Livsforsikring AS - SPP Livförsäkring AB contemplating bond issue

SPP Livförsäkring AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Storebrand

Livsforsikring AS is contemplating issuance of perpetual subordinated

bonds with a call after 5 years. The purpose of the issuance is to

refinance existing debt.

Nordea Markets and Swedbank have been appointed Joint Lead Managers for

the bond issue.
