Storebrand ASA: Changes in SPP legal structure

The Board of Directors in SPP Liv Fondförsäkring AB and SPP

Livförsäkring AB, two fully owned companies in the Storebrand Group,

approved on a board meeting on the 19. May 2014 a merger of SPP

Livförsäkring AB into SPP Liv Fondförsäkring AB.

Bond debt issued by SPP Livförsäkring AB will be carried on in SPP Liv

Fondförsäkring AB with unchanged terms and conditions when the merger is

registered by Bolagsverket.

The merger is dependent on approval from Finansinspektionen. The merger

is planned to take effect at the turn of the year (2014/2015)
