Storebrand Bank contemplates issuance of Tier 2 and Tier 1 bonds.

The company has obtained permission from the Norwegian FSA.

Permission to buy back existing Tier 1: NO0010242076 og NO0010242068, is

also obtained from the Norwegian FSA.

Danske Bank Markets and DNB Markets will act as arrangers for a possible

transaction.
