STOREBRAND BANK ASA– bondholders' meeting ISIN NO0001771166

On 3 September 2014 a Bondholders' meeting was held pursuant to summons of 14 August 2014.

There were sufficient Bondholders represented at the meeting to form a quorum. The proposed amendment obtained 17.39 % of the votes, and the proposal was rejected according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreement. The Bond Agreement (ISIN NO0001771166) will therefore remain unchanged.
