STOREBRAND ASA: Election of the Board in Storebrand ASA

In a meeting held on 26 May 2014, Storebrand ASA's Board of

Representatives followed the recommendations of the Election committee

and unanimously re-elected the Board for the period of 2014-2015. The

Board consists of the following members elected by the shareholders:

Birger Magnus (Chairman of the Board), Monica Caneman, Laila Dahlen,

Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø, Halvor Stenstadvold and Terje Vareberg.

Previous Board member Jon Arnt Jacobsen, had declined re-election.

The employees are after the election in 2014, represented by following

members:

Knut Dyre Haug, Heidi Storruste and Arne Fredrik Håstein (who succeed

previous Board member Kirsti Valborgland Fløystøl).
