STOREBRAND ASA - Annual General Meeting 2021 held

The Annual General Meeting of Storebrand ASA on 8 April 2021 adopted by the

required majority all of the proposals of the Board of Directors and Nomination

Committee as they were worded in the notice of the General Meeting, dated and

distributed on 17 March 2021.

The resolutions of the General Meeting are enclosed as appendices to this

notice.
