SThree plc announces that on 15 February 2016 it issued 4,035 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,670,718 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,542,671 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 128,047 shares held in treasury.
