SThree plc announces that on 15 September 2016 it issued 94,893 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,570,802 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,876,720 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 1,694,082 shares held in treasury.
