SThree plc announces that on 2 November 2015 it issued 1,322 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,326,486 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,024,944 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 301,542 shares held in treasury.
