On March 13, 2014, James J. Malerba, State Street Corporation’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, notified State Street that he plans to retire in mid-2014, following the filing of State Street’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ending March 31, 2014.
