DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

St George Mining Limited (ASX: SGQ) ('St George Mining' or 'the Company') advises that Ms Sarah Shipway, currently the Company Secretary of the Company, has also been appointed as a Non‐executive Director to fill the vacancy created by the untimely death of Marcus Michael.

Ms Shipway was appointed Company Secretary of St George on 22 March 2012. Ms Shipway is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University.
