Placement of 99 million shares at 60 cents each, raising \$59.4 million
The Company has placed 99,000,000 shares (representing a 15% placement as calculated under ASX Listing Rule 7.1) at 60 cents each to raise \$59.4 million. The shares have been placed to international and Australian institutions, and professional investors.
The placement was managed by Southern Cross Equities for a fee of 4%, and will provide funds for potential project developments and corporate activities.
Following the placement, the issued capital of the company is 821,514,131 fully paid ordinary shares and 33,325,000 unlisted options.
