New Managing Director & CEO commences at St Barbara

Mr Tim Lehany has today been appointed to the Board of St Barbara Limited and commenced as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Lehany’s remuneration package comprises fixed remuneration (inclusive of superannuation) of $800,000 per annum, and short and long term incentives which are subject to performance hurdles. The long term incentives will initially be in the form of employee share options, subject to shareholder approval.
