Appointment of Mr Douglas Bailey as Non Executive Director
Mr Douglas Bailey has accepted an appointment as a Non Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. He will become Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.
Mr Bailey, Bachelor of Business (Accounting) RMIT is a CPA and Chartered Secretary.
Mr Bailey was the Chief Financial Officer of Woodside Petroleum Ltd between 2002 and 2004 and prior to this was an Executive Director of Ashton Mining Limited from 1990 to 2000, including the last 3 years as Chief He also was a Non-Executive Executive Officer. Director of Auroa Gold Ltd for the period 1993-2000.
