Notification of transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") 

The Company has been notified that the persons set out in the table below, each being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), were granted awards taking the form of nil cost options or conditional share awards ("Awards") to acquire ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") on the dates and at the prices set out below.

The number of Shares subject to the Awards has been determined by reference to the closing price of the Company's Shares on the day before the Awards were granted, being 657.75 pence per Share.
