Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.

On 16 November 2016 the person set out in the table below, being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Company's International Share Incentive Plan ("ISIP") at a price of £3.306 per Share and was also given a right to acquire Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Awards element of the ISIP.  The acquisition and award of Shares took place in the United Kingdom.

The number of Partnership Shares purchased and Matching Awards awarded under the terms of the ISIP are as follows:
