Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.4R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company announces that on 2 February 2016, Simon Smith, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, transferred 635,969 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse Danielle Jane Smith for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Simon Smith and his connected persons in the Company's issued Ordinary Shares remains unchanged, at 817,603.
