SSH Group Ltd (ASX:SSH) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of SSH Group Ltd (‘SSH’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SSH, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 20 April 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

SSH the Group hereby requests a Trading Halt securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a material acquisition.

The Trading Halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 20 April 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
