Description

SSH Group Ltd (‘SSH’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 15 September 2021.

Official quotation of SSH’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:30 AM (AEST) on Friday, 17 September 2021.

SSH raised A$6,250,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 23 July 2021 (the ‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 31,250,000 shares at an issue price of A$0.20 per share.
