Espoo, Finland, 2015-12-07 15:45 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SRV GROUP PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 7 DECEMBER 2015, AT 16:45 Flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act SRV Group Plc has received a flagging notification on 7 December 2015 from Mr. Ilpo Kokkila, pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. According to the flagging notification, Ilpo Kokkila’s share of the total number of shares and voting rights in SRV Group Plc has fallen below 25% due to a sales transaction on 7 December 2015. In the transaction the company shares were transferred from Ilpo Kokkila to Kolpi Investments Oy which is a company under his control. Based on the transaction, the total number of shares and voting rights in SRV Group Plc of Ilpo Kokkila and Kolpi Investments Oy, a company under his control, remains unchanged.
