The Company announces that Miriam Greenwood, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today acquired 4,650 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 545.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Ms Greenwood is interested in a total of 14,650 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.016 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
