This disclosure is being made pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR”).

Disclosures under Schedule III, Part-A, Para A (Clause 19) of LODR is given below:

i)Name of Authority	Office of Additional Commissioner GST, BhiwadiZone, Rajasthan
ii)Nature and details of the action(s) taken,initiated or order(s) passed;	Search of the factory premises of the Company inBhiwadi, Rajasthan was conducted by the GSTDepartment on 14th August, 2023. The concernedofficials had perused certain documents and askedfor certain additional documents pertaining to claimof GST credit. These will be provided in due course.
iii)Date of receipt of direction or order,including any ad-interim or interimorders, or any other communication fromthe authority;	Search Authorisation dated 14 August 2023 issuedby Office of Additional Commissioner GST, BhiwadiZone, Rajasthan which was received on the samedate.
iv)Detailsoftheviolation(s)/contravention(s) committedor alleged to be committed;	Alleged contravention of GST Act, with respect totransaction data on supply of goods, stock in hand,excess claim of ITC and refund.
v)impact on financial, operation or otheractivities of the listed entity, quantifiablein monetary terms to the extent possible.	An amount of Rs. 4 Crores towards SGST has beenpaid under protest.No impact on the operations or any other activities ofthe Company is expected.
