With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today had allotted 1,95,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under Part – B SRF ESPS 2018 of SRF Limited (SRF) Employees Long term Share based Incentives Plan- 2018.

We have obtained the necessary in-principle approvals from BSE & NSE in respect of above equity shares and are in process of completing the other formalities with respect to Listing of the said shares and shall file Listing Application alongwith requisite documents with the exchanges in due course for seeking listing & trading approvals
