Appointments & Change of Registered Office**

Motopia Limited (‘Motopia’ or ‘Company’) is pleased to announce that Frank Vetrone has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Company. Mr. Vetrone previously acted as the Company’s Non-­‐Executive Chairman and was appointed to the Board of Motopia in August 2011.

In addition, Gernot Abl, who was appointed a Non-­‐Executive Director of the Company in January 2012, has now been appointed an Executive Director of the Company. Both executive appointments are effective immediately.

Motopia also advises that the Company’s registered office is now located at Level 11, 446 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000. The Company’s new contact details are as follows:
