                     SPECTRIS plc (the "Company") SHARE AWARDS TO DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES                                   ("PDMRs")This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4(1)(c).Under the terms of the Spectris Performance Share Plan (the "Plan"), nominalcost options were granted on 2 May 2014 to certain directors and PDMRs of theCompany.
