SHARE PURCHASE PLAN UPDATE

Highlights

• Strong SPP demand

• Applications in excess of $900,000 received to date

• Directors have decided to accept applications for up to a maximum of $1,050,000

• SPP to close on 22 May 2018. Will not be extended

• Scale back (if required) to be undertaken on an equitable basis

Technology company MGM Wireless Limited (ASX:MWR) (‘MGM’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to provide an update in respect of the share purchase plan ( SPP ) which opened on 1 May 2018.

As a result of the very strong support from shareholders, valid applications in excess of $900,000 have already been received, over $150,000 in excess of the $750,000 target.

In view of the level of demand, MGM’s Directors have decided to accept valid applications for up to a maximum of 1,050,000 shares being the number of shares required to raise up to $1,050,000.

Applications in excess of $1,050,000 will be scaled back in a manner that is equitable to all shareholders.

MGM reminds shareholders that the offer period for the SPP will close at 5.00 pm (Adelaide time) on 22 May 2018 and will not be extended.
