We hereby announce that Lannebo Fonder, Sweden, has acquired 2,165 number of shares at a price of DKK 2.00 equal to nominally DKK 4,330.00 in SP Group A/S.

Lannebo Fonder, Sweden, now holds 5.01 % of the shares and voting rights in SP Group A/S.
