ATP has asked SP Group A/S to make the following announcement:
Increase in ownership and voting rights in SP Group A/S
Pursuant to Companies Act, § 55, and Securities Trading Act, § 29, we hereby announce that ATP has increased its number of shares in SP Group A/S.
Therefore, ATP now holds 6.20% of the shares and voting rights.
The holding of shares now amounts to 141,302 number of shares à DKK 10.00 equal to nominally DKK 1,4132,020.00.
