NOTIFICATION

"Sopharma" AD (the Company) notifies that in accordance with Art. 25 of the Articles of Association of the Company, at its meeting the Board of Directors approved a prospectus for initial public offering of warrants with an issue price of BGN 0.28 and a total number of 44 932 633 warrants.

The prospectus has been filed for approval with the Financial Supervision Commission.
