On March 31, 2016, John M. Colyer, Jr., Senior Vice President, retired from Sonoco Products Company (the "Company"), effective immediately. As previously announced on December 1, 2015, Mr. Colyer relinquished his day-to-day operating responsibilities. Mr. Colyer's various duties were reassigned among Mr. Robert C. Tiede, Senior Vice President, Global Consumer Packaging & Services, Protective Solutions, & Reels, Mr. Rodger D, Fuller, Group Vice President, Paper & Industrial Converted Products, Americas, and Mr. R. Howard Coker, Group Vice President, Global Rigid Paper & Closures and Paper & Industrial Converted Products, EMEA, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
