RESULTS OF THE SALE OF SCRIPS AND PAYMENT TO THE HOLDERS OF SCRIPS

Brussels, 18 January 2016 --- In accordance with previous communications regarding its capital increase closed on 22 December 2015, SOLVAC announces a delay in the payment of the proceeds resulting from the sale of scrips, which took place on 18 December 2015, i.e. a total amount of EUR 7,666,520 (or EUR 4 for each of the 1,916,630 scrips sold at that occasion), which was initially and in principle foreseen before 31 December 2015.

Matching the orders is particularly difficult in view of the significant number of shareholders and new investors who have subscribed to the offer of SOLVAC. SOLVAC, Euroclear and BNP Paribas Fortis are working closely in order to finalize this process as soon as possible.

SOLVAC expects therefore that the payment for the scrips could occur around mid-February.

SOLVAC reaffirms that it is very satisfied with the results of the offer and thanks its existing and new shareholders for the trust they expressed.
