Solteq Plc has on 12 May 2021 received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Sentica Buyout III GP Oy.

According to the notification, Sentica Buyout III Ky’s and Sentica Buyout III Co
-Investment Ky’s holding of shares and votes in Solteq Plc has decreased below
the threshold of five (5) percent on 12 May 2021. The general partner of Sentica
Buyout III Ky and Sentica Buyout III Co-Investment Ky is Sentica Buyout III GP
Oy, which exercises the power of decision in the companies.Sentica Buyout III
Ky’s and Sentica Buyout III Co-Investment Ky’s ownership of Solteq Plc’s shares
and votes according to the notification:
