Sentica plans to reduce its ownership in Solteq Plc

According to a press release issued by Sentica Partners Oy (“Sentica”) today at
4 p.m., Sentica plans to reduce its ownership in Solteq Plc. According to the
press release, no decision has yet been made on method or date of the possible
share sale.

Sentica Buyout III Ky and Sentica Buyout III Co-Investment Ky funds managed
by Sentica currently own a total of 24.75 percent of Solteq Plc's shares.
