CORRECTION CONCERNING MARKKU PIETILÄ'S SHARE OF OWNERSHIP

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Release March 16, 2012 at 4pm

According to an announcement by member of the Solteq Plc board Markku Pietilä,
his indirect ownership in the company has not been declared in a manner
required by Chapter 2 section 9 of the Securities Market Act. Pietilä has
indirectly used his control in Profiz Business Solution Oyj due to the shares
of Profiz Business Solution Oyj's holding company being of a different kind.
Profiz Business Solution Oyj has announced that its ownership in Solteq Plc
exceeded the 5% level on 28.5.2007 and the 10% on 17.12.2007. On these days,
Markku Pietilä should have come forward to announce corresponding changes in
ownership.

In addition to announcements concerning share of ownership, figures concerning
the Board members' ownership in Solteq's statement of accounts are erroneous.
In the 2011 statement of accounts, the presented figure is 5.149 thousand
shares (42.4% of stock) when it should have been 6.534 thousand shares (53.8%
of stock).

Pietilä's indirect ownership was not entered into the insider register.

Pietilä's indirect ownership in Profiz Business Solution Oyj and therefore also
in Solteq Plc ended as Profiz Business Solution Oyj's holding company's bylaws
changed on 18.2.2012. A notification of change concerning the matter is
currently being dealt with at the Trade Register.
