CHANGE IN THE EXECUTIVE TEAM OF SOLTEQ PLC

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 12.10.2016 at 11.30 am Riina Tervaoja, Vice President responsible for Project Business in Solteq Plc, has resigned from her position. She will leave her position in the company after the transference of her responsibilities, at the latest on 16 December 2016. Tervaoja’s responsibilities will be transferred within the Executive Team to the VPs of the Business Units. I would like to thank Riina for her significant contribution to the management and development of the Project Business in Solteq Group in the last years and I wish her all the best in her future challenges.
